My name is Leah LaHue and I am a Holistic Birth Guide, Mother of 2, Wife, Spiritual Counselor and a birth portal enthusiast.

My art is helping women awaken deep self-trust and inner listening, attune to their bodies through states of deep relaxation, express stored trauma, alchemize emotion and navigate their birth path with informed consent and evidence based care. My mission is to help create the container for you to fully surrender to the wisdom within.

I birthed my two boys unmedicated in a birthing center 7 and 5 years ago. Motherhood shook me to my core in ways that I just wasn’t prepared for.

I didn’t understand the changes happening in my body and brain and I suffered tremendously in those first few years. The mental load of motherhood was overwhelming. At times, it still is. My partner didn’t understand, and although my birth went exactly as planned on paper, I experienced an overwhelm and a grief that had no place.

And we thought we were so prepared.

I have now served hundreds of women walking through the portal of Maiden to Mother and I’ve seen each of us navigate the same systemic challenges. Prior to my training in birth work, I studied at the School of Metaphysics where I became an interfaith counselor and personal coach. I taught full time classes to hundreds of people on the mind/body connection, meditation, concentration, visualization and manifestation for 8 years.
